A Little Creek With A Bit of a Waterfall – Just above Fairy Bower Falls in Morton National Park
We needed a bit of fresh air and exercise so a trip to Morton NP was just the ticket. All those stunning views from the top down into those gorgeous gorges was too much. So, a pleasant little amble down to Fairy Bower Falls was very enticing.
The sign said “600 metres” … phhhttt … 600 metres.. Ha! We stopped reading and strode off. Should have read the next bit though… “Very steep in places”… remember that bit back there about needing some exercise…
Ahh but it was worth every struggling step to get back up the “steep in places” bits. Lots to enjoy including many more stunning views.
This cool and emerald green corner with its pretty little waterfall was just one of many delights that we enjoyed. I trust you do too.
