The Atom

I had an urge today to watch a show on the atom. Then my mind started to wonder what it really is, you can explain away the scientific explanation in scientific terms but what is an atom?

Science has discovered that it is not a solid mass but rather electrons rotating around a nucleus, not unlike our solar system. MMMM now being a creative mind this makes me wonder about the universe.

If everything is made up or atoms and molecules etc… then what is the universe?

Our solar system is very similar to what an atom is, so does that make you wonder if you put all these solar systems together, on whether they are atoms on a large scale?

So does that mean that these smaller Atoms have microscopic beyond any ability to see, tiny little people running all over them? lol… now that sounds stupid I know, but it seems to me as silly as that sounds that really there is a connection…What? I don’t know.. mmm maybe I will look into this a little more.
