A situation arises
Every nerve in my body aches
I feel my neck stiffen
My brow crinkles
My jaw locks
My teeth clench
Sometimes grinding
My shoulders are up around my ears
My stomach tightens
I feel sick
My mind starts to tick faster and faster
The questions
No answers
Just more and more questions
Trying to logic it out
Trying to understand
Trying to find the answers
But there is no relief
Analysing
Over and over
Like a mathematical equation
It hurts so much
My own mind
Is a torture chamber
Sometimes thinking
That I am making the situation worse
Just by thinking
Or making it bigger than it is
Or is it?
No idea
No sleep
Bags under the eyes
Roll the neck and hear it crunch
Smoking too many cigarettes
Wondering yet again
Will I always be alone
Will I always drive people away
Will I be able to handle another rejection
Have I been rejected?
Still unresolved
Unknown
Blind
Blackness in front of my eyes
A mist
A cloud
A dark cloud
Hanging over my brain
Yet I continue to search for the answers
With no relief.

oh babe, my daughter Sarah is a gemini and is much the same. Her mind works overtime. I’m always with you my dear friend, just know that God loves you and wants nothing but what is best for you. Sometimes it takes us time and tests to prove to ourselves that we love ourselves as God loves us. I think you are awesome for being strong, true to yourself and you can do it without being mean to anyone, you know?

Thanks hun.. that means the world.. yes it is hard, I am giving him space but he is being immature in not responding to my call today to at least say I need space lol… so am just leaving it for now, try to rest my brain for a bit. Won’t put up with too much crap.

I am also a Gemini and whilst my mind works very hard I believe it is due to all I feel. These days I journal write which slows me down and seems to bring wisdom to all I feel. The more I do this the more I feel in control of all my sides.
Thanks hun, yes that is what my mother used to do and I did try to, but I am not much of a writer, so I usually, and I say usually do art :) it calms my mind.. thanks hun for sharing.
