Huge question mark.

I am looking back over old photos of my mother and started looking at the ones that were taken when she was near death. Its sad to see such pain and suffering, yet amongst it she finds time to smile and show love towards all of us.

What took me by suprise though, is there are two photos, which I do not feel would be appropriate to show on here really, where when her photos were being taken she looks like she is looking at something, I know its not any of us. Both she has her mouth slightly open and an absolute look of shock or suprise.. if only I could go back into her mind at that point to know what she was seeing and thinking at that moment.

Its a strange time when someone is that ill, but there is certainly things happening that cannot be explained unless they tell you. Most of the time though, many would say she was hallucinating, and that it was the cancer.

Makes you wonder doesn’t it.

    No, i’m a big believer in time and space .. energy .. we’re all energy .. i don’t think it just stops when our hearts do .. i think we prepare to leave too .. so often people need someone to tell them it’s o.k to go too ..

    This is a beautiful journal .. thanks for sharing xx

    Yes I do believe she had someone or some people or something around her before she passed, the look on her face says most of it, but do wonder :)... thank you Nicole, and thanks for listening :)

    My mother last year close to her death she was speaking to her siblings who passed along tome ago as young children. She was telling them to wait that she was not ready to go with them yet so I believe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Amen to that…I worked in a nursing home and many many times we witnessed the elderly seeing “imaginary” people and animals shortly before they passed. Also…I’m told that right before my grandfather (who was generally a cranky ol’ cuss) died he smiled and reached toward the heavens. My family was deeply comforted by that;}
