    What a wonderful capture.!..I have often tried to photograph these shy little animals on my property but they are so quick to adopt the “defensive prickly ball position” that it’s hard to get their little faces…so well done (fave)..!

    Thank you all, actually yes he/she? was very shy at first at least, every time my shutter went off or i moved in curled itself into a ball, which you can see if my other selective colour image of it. However i just sat there for about 20minutes, it finally got use to me and went on a food forage, in this image while it looks like it was posing for me it was actually trying to climb over the log, it had a few attempts at it.
