The Heart of the Rose
I learned a meditation technique a few years ago and it is called ‘The Heart of the Rose’. I no longer use roses, I can focus in on other objects, and do, but occasionally I still use flowers.
Today I had Enya playing and this song came on….I had just spent an hour on mindfulness and thought I’d share what my mind sees as ‘The Heart of the Rose’, and some beautiful music by Enya.

Wow!!!!!!! This is awesome. I, like you, used to use flowers as a form of visual meditation. It is amazing the images we can get from meditation.
