A perennial learner, completed an Open University degree in 2000, several Computing Courses and then the T189 OU Digital Photography Course last year, 2007. This year I did an Intermediate Digital Photography course at the Tyneside Cinema with Zoe Korda, and found it both enjoyable and challenging.
Had a Pentax 35mm for years, then an idiot-proof point-and-shoot, but am now the proud owner of an Olympus SP550 UZ, which is compact but offers loads of opportunities, having an 18X Optical zoom.
Married with one son, who is in Aviation Safety, and has a 40-foot yacht, on which I have yet to sail !!
Our holidays have always been spent in France, but we have also enjoyed Mallorca, whose sunset is displayed here on Red Bubble. It’s a magical island, with a lot to enjoy.
