I was admiring this work a few days ago and now I’ve read your profile I really want to get into vector art and improve my t shirt design. I’ve had an unused copy of illustrator for years and it’s about time I dusted it off and fired it up! Any tips?

Awesome! That’s so great.. Illustrator is all about the pen tool, placing the points in the right spots and using the bezier curve to get perfect lines.. with practice it’s easy…. there are heaps of great online tutorials and magazines to get you going.. :) You can trace of any image, photos, sketches anything, or just make it up as you go.. good luck and thanks for the comment and favorite!
