I’ve been asked a few times so far about the equipment that I have, so I thought I would share it with you all now…
My commonly used camera is the Canon 400D.
With that I use the following lenses:
- Canon 18-55mm 3.5-5.6f
- Canon 75-300mm 4-5.6f
The filters I have are: - Poloriser
- ND2
- ND4
- UV
I also have extension tubes for close up shots, tho I’ve found that the quality doesn’t really turn out great…
I’ve got 2 Pentax cameras – one film (MZ30 – I got this years and years ago and was my very first SLR. I keep telling myself that I have to sell it as I don’t use it anymore, but I just can’t seem to part with it!) and one digital (K100D). I love Pentax (ever since I first touched one in high school), so I’m always questioned as to why I got the Canon in the first place! I think because back when I was purchasing my first DSLR the Pentax ones weren’t that good yet… Anyway, I mainly shoot floral shots with the DSLR camera as I have two 1:2 macro lenses to use with it.
- Sigma 28-80mm 3.5-5.6f 1:2 macro lens
- Sigma 70-300mm 4-5.6f 1:2 macro lens
- Pentax 18-35mm 4-5.6f
Filters used on these are: UV and poloriser
Next on my list of equipment to get is the Canon 60mm macro lens :o) My birthday is coming up soon! yay!
