This character was commissioned for a sports team’s logo in regional New South Wales around 1996. I now have no idea what the sport was, much less the team’s name. Well, okay, the team was probably called the Mosquitoes.

The original logo was only used in black & white and spot colour. The colouring you see here is recent.
