I normally like to get up close and personal with my subject matter, but obviously that wasn’t going to happen with all that water between myself and the Port Melbourne Front Lighthouse… so instead, this became one of those rare shots in which my wide angle zoom lens is actually zoomed in!
If you ‘view larger’, you may be able to see a couple of ships on the horizon to the right of the lighthouse. I’m surprised these came up as clearly as they did, given the ‘long’ and bracketed exposures.
