Artist's Description

When standing on the viewing platform at Agnes Falls, one cannot really see the height of the cascades. In fact, it is only really the first few metres at the top that are visible from the platform. Not content with this view (after hearing about how magnificent these falls were supposed to be), I scouted around along the walking path to get a better shot. This was the best that I could find…

  2. Canon EF-S 18-55mm IS @ 18mm
  3. 1/4 second @ f/8 (ISO100)
  4. Manfrotto 190XB tripod with 804RC2 head
  5. Hoya PRO1D CPL filter
  6. HDR generated from 3 exposures (0, +/-2ev) using Photomatix Pro
  7. Corrections applied using Lightroom 2.7 and Photoshop CS4
  8. Enhancements applied using Imagenomic Noiseware Professional and Topaz Adjust 4 plug-ins
