While I was visiting my friend Ian over in France we walked around the town he was living in, Besançon. At one point we stumbled upon a beautiful railroad bridge and climbed up to the top of it and walked along. He recalled a story of hopping onto a train where we live in the US. I really enjoyed this bridge’s architecture and wanted to make a composition with a graphic feeling to emphasize its shapes. Original is oil on canvas.
Thanks for viewing!
