I’ve seen the light
Gonna make it right
I’m born to roam
I’m coming home

Long ago we walked the land
Living from our god’s hands
Sustained us in the night
We held each other tight

Then 10,000 years ago
Some of us started to grow
Food upon the hill
Sent from god to kill

Everyone and everything
That stood between their land and king
Superior by birth
Born to rule the earth

I’ve seen the light
Gonna make it right
I’m born to roam
I’m coming home

Now all these years have past
The world has been conquered at last
Sand turned to dirt
Joy turned to hurt

We’ve poisoned the air and sea
The soil, the animals and the trees
Surrounded by confusion
We live in an illusion

Listen people carefully
Turn off all of your TVs
Our Mother Culture lies
We’re born to rise!
