Saving time-waiting for the train by

This is not my favourite time, sitting at the railway station, waiting for the train..especially in the evening. People were pacing up and down, making phone callings, looking for somebody.. or as me, waiting, waiting.. and waiting.. When I saw the ticket machine’s sign, I was amused, I couldn’t understand the logic there, we pre-book tickets from the computer, rush about to collect them, try to catch( or produce) the trains as fast as possible.. and all you can do after these is sitting here – waiting..What about the time we’ve saved then? Ah, ha.. waiting for the train:-D.. Put it on for fun.

I’ve been taken photos for many years, but only when I visited places once or twice a year. I started digital in 2007 with two bridge cameras and changed to DSLR in 2010.

That is funny, Jasmine! We have things like that here where you make arrangements ahead of time but then end of wating anyway!! Great shot!!

Love this, Jasmine, and how true it is about the waiting. The jmage works very well with the man pacing up and down! The whole thing really lends itself to a song of some kind, “I got those waiting-for-the-train blues again” perhaps, or similar ;-) I just noticed this was Nottingham! Normally your pics are somewhere worldwide like China or Austria, but hey, this is in Britain, so it’s ‘normal station procedure continues’ ;-)
    All the best,
    Dave ;-)

  • Thank you, Christina.
