Panadol and Panamax are the same, just different brands.

drink lots of water; stretch; get some fresh air. only take drugs when absolutely necessary (my first degree was pharmacology!).

Ah…. Thanks… I did what RoughDiamond told me to do and took a nap =) Though I will admit I did take half a Panadol tablet…
