a beautifulluy layered and textured shot even without the geese but – wow – with the geese, this is such a great capture. I could meditate to this, Jan. It’s so calm but wth this core of life and movement and a title that conveys so mucjh about home. I absolutely love this one.

Beautiful pic. Almost reminds me of when I lived in Utah. Spring coming but snow still in the mountains. Here in Tennessee spring is happening everywhere.

Oh, how I am envious of where you live. I’ve told my family that if it weren’t for them, I’d be living in Alaska! I came there once and fell in love and have sworn I will return. It is photos like this that keep that goal in focus for me. Thank you for a wonderful image!

There is so much to take in with this picture. Great composition without the geese but they are a pure bonus. The light on the mountains is fantastic.
