    Wow, this is positively amazing. Is this like an actual soap bubble? It`s amazing enough without the reflections, but the way everything works together to make your composition is just awesome. Perfect crop and framing, stunning use of DOF… you so nailed this shot!

    Hi Marie Ancolie. Well it is a bubble from a bottle of bubble liquid you can buy for kids. I bought the stuff specially to try and take photos but believe me it is very hard to get the bubbles to land where you want them. I was aiming for some flowers I was photographing but this one landed on the arm of the sofa. When I looked through the camera at it I thought it was quite interesting although not as colourful as the flowers would have been. I have managed to get a few flower ones. Its interesting because the bubbles ‘behave’ very differently to droplets.
