Creativity is an overwhelming condition which both delights and stretches me constantly.

Photography is my first love and the form of expression I have been using for the longest (many years in a lighthearted way and 7 years or so in a more obsessional way). Over the past few years my artistic style of photography combined with ‘going digital’ and use of Photoshop has evolved into my favourite form of artwork – mixed media based on photographs and enhanced digitally into various end results. I also dabble in digital art using a Wacom digital tablet and Photoshop. All this has to fit in around my very busy full time day job and homelife!

My favourite subject which you will become aware of as I post work, is flowers, especially close ups and fine-art style images. I am looking forward to seeing everyone’s work on here and becoming a part of the community.

I live in North Wales in the UK with my partner Colin and have two grown up ‘children’.

More recently in a bid to create images of fairies and fantasy characters I have started using Daz 3D to create the base characters and continuing with post art work in Photoshop. This is particularly enjoyable during the dark winter months when photographic opportunities are less.
