I come from a line of creative, artistic people. my grandma painted east coast landscapes, then abstracts after a stroke. my mom paints stylized dogs and anything else that catches her fancy. my daughter can sketch an amazing horse. it has taken me 43 years to find my art.

not only do i like to take photos, but i also enjoy the manipulation of them in photo editing.

by looking at my portfolio, you will see that i love being near the water. i dont care if i ever go in it, but i like to be near it. i also love to look at nature. sometimes, when i’m out taking pictures i try to go back to the mindset of a child, as if i’m seeing things for the first time. i also think its cool for adults to look at things from their perspective sometimes.
