An excellen shot Jan. When I visited the States last year, I was so excited to actually see the squirrels and praire dogs, I snapped a few pics but none as good as this one. I was also on the lookout for bears but alas I saw none! It was easy to identify where they had been! lol!

I got lucky Alvin – I had my tripod with me and my husband kept telling the little guy to “pose this way”, “now turn to the left”, “now bend over”, “now turn to the right”.... he did everything my husband told him to and I got off about a dozen shots all in different poses. One of those “magic” moments!

Hi Joy! Actually – he stood there posing for me and did exactly what my husband instructed him to do – “turn slightly to the left”... now turn and face right”..... bend over a bit…. hahahaha – it was hilarious!

yes – that’s the tail – now that you mention it – it almost look like part of the squirrel. Maybe I could rename it the rare and seldom seen Rodentus Ridgeback.

I am the squirrel whisperer…. LOL! Actually I got this shot with my 17-70mm I was only about 4 feet away from him. Just a wild squirrel up in Bala – but very curious I guess! Thanks for browsing through my folio Peter! Nice of you to take the time! thanks!
