I took more than a hundred photos on the beach that day. It was in Makay (Nth OLD) and the tide way way way way out. ... the beach was huge and everywhere the sand ripples were different, from plump quilts to sweet little curly bits interrupting the regularity to mini cliffs with trees in top (seaweed etc) to this mix of sand and water.
what I particularly like about this one is how the tops are all chisel flat…! How could it have happened?

This is a feast for the eye. The cool water against the dry sand. The dancing lines. There’s music in it.
