At the moment I prefer the digital photographic medium, particularly macro and landscape, am also partial to the creation of digital collages many of which contain, or are based on, an element of hand drawn art.
Recently I have also been exploring vector- type works and have a developing interest in the abstract. Being slightly dyslexic, i have a strong affinity to pattern, texture and colour. One day I would love to create prints for fabric’s – particularly ones that would be used for patch-working.
At the moment my ‘day job’ is working as a tour guide with Hollybank Treetops Adventure, a new Canopy tour in the North East of Tasmania, not far from Launceston. I also do a bit of graphic design for them – advertising, brochures, posters, etc.
I have an online blog/folio site – if you are curious enough to visit it…
Scrabooli Studio
And also a texture freebies site…
