Windjana Gorge National Park in Kimberley, Western Australia features a 3.5km gorge formed by the Lennard River. The walls of Windjana Gorge rise abruptly, reaching about 100 meters high in some places. Freshwater crocodiles can often be seen in the pools. Taken early morning, the only time this part of the gorge gets the sun rays.
Captured with Nikon D300, Sigma 10 – 20mm wide lens.

A superb take Jan and it particularly interests me because the day we were supposed to be doing it the road was closed due to the weather! Couldn’t even get to Tunnel Creek either.
Cheers
Peter
Thank you Peter, when I was there, only small part at the end was closed. It is quite amazing. I was lucky, after very unpredictable weather early in May, I had no problems. Couldn;t only get to Kulumburu. Regards.
