Golden bus on sloping hill
Will sweep up again
No need to try and change it
You cannot escape the sun
Oh no, we are not alone. We travel on a golden bus with many companions. We are not a lone passenger on a rusty old bus going nowhere. When the bus breaks down, which it sometimes does, the wise run laughing to the fields and forests and ocean, filling themselves with the beauty of the earth. The life road has many declines and inclines that follow one from the other. Today we traverse the downward slope into rain and storms and tomorrow the incline of the mountain road will take us to the heavens and to gardens filled with bright blooms and scenes Arcadian. Shall we cry throughout our journey and lament every decline, ignoring the incline as we wait for another decline. Or shall we sing, rejoice and take the hand of our fellow passenger in the joy and passion of living. Flying down the declines and sweeping up the inclines, enjoying the journey. Look out of the window. See the glorious life-giving sun. Sing your journey.
