A born n’ bred Yorkshire lass and an amateur photographer with a big dream.
Being born and raised in South Yorkshire, UK, the British country side, rural life and wild plants are my main love…however, i do not limit myself and enjoy photographing all kinds of things, from the sky above us to the earth we walk on and everything in between, man made or natures creations…if i can see it and like what i see… out the camera will come! I also have a love for black and white photography which seems to bring out the urban (as apposed to the rural) side of my nature and i seem to be drawn to old wood, rusty metal and gritty mucked up machinery…not sure why!

Basically i love photography…. so if something catches my eye or looks interesting i will no doubt photograph it!

All though i’ve been interested in photography for many years it was only in December 2006 that i was able to get my first decent digital camera (the Fuji S9600), in December of 2007 i bought myself a little compact camera (Panasonic Lumix TZ3) as a handy, take anywhere camera and then in April 2008 i treat myself to an upgrad and bought the Fuji S100FS….In the middle of March 2009 i joined the Canon ranks and now (April 2009) i’m working on creating my in-home studio where i’ll hopefully be able to do portrait work.
