Another shot of the Irish Sea at St Bee’s in Cumbria. Just outside the Lake District National Park. The leading edge of cloud seemed to be cutting the world in half, and this was reflected in the sea. It was like 2 different worlds colliding.
Taken with a Samsung S730 Compact with minimal post processing, just a tweak on contrast.

    Saw a similar cloud formation in Lancaster about 10 years ago.. it was completely blue to the left and completely grey to the right.. with the edge of the cloud almost a straight line to the horizon. Sadly I had no camera..

    Thanks Andy, I was up that way again recently. (Whitehaven) and the cloud was very similar but the light completely different.I was real lucky to catch this. I nearly forgot to shoot, I was so overwhelmed by the sight.
