Balquhidder Braes & Loch Voil, Balquhidder, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs, Scotland by

Simply put, one of my favourite views in all of Scotland. It’s the view from Creag an Turic or ‘The Boars Rock’ a meeting place for the Clan MacLaren which overlooks Loch Voil and the towering Balquhidder Braes draped in autumnal colours. The view, in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is one I find very hard to be beaten.

About James Paul

I’m a landscape photographer from Northallerton, North Yorkshire who loves the challenge of being in the right place at the right time with my camera. It doesn’t matter if I have to get up a mountain or wade into a river and it doesn’t matter if it is in the North Yorkshire Moors, a few miles from my home or in the Wilderness of the Scottish Highlands i’ll give it a go.
