Kitt Peak is about an hour and half drive out of Tucson and not a bad place to head during the hot summer months… it can be cool on the mountain top. That’s how this pen and ink sketch got drawn in my Canson sketchbook some summers ago. We’d taken a picnic lunch and after touring the museum and main telescopes stopped in a designated picnic area. This huge structure loomed out of the trees and became the object of my attention after eating.
I experimented writing the location in the foreground foliage.

The 1rst TAG (jlh designs) will take you to a collection of the best of James’ works from his 3 RB sites!

A persona who has apparently lived a relatively long, varied and eclectic life. My Red Bubble portfolios reflect my seeming persona… and IF there’s any veracity to these reflections then some sense of HUMOUR and enjoyment should be PRESENT!
