telescopes on top of Kitt Peak Arizona by

An hour out of Tucson is the fantastic Kitt Peak covered in telescopes and astronomical adventures and open year round. This particular day we took a picnic lunch and went to evade the searing summer heat in the valley.
Out came my Canson 5×8″ sketchbook and pens for an experimental drawing of these unusual buildings and settings.
In 2014 took this drawing into Photoshop and made adaptions to apply to the full range of RB products,

  • Thanks… I don’t know height of mountain or telescope… but it has high enough to lower the air temp. by 20 degrees! ;-)))

what an amazing place. and feels like we were there with you. as you know I ask, do you have this up in the unphotoshopped version too?

  • the least PSE’d version is like on the TOTE above… where only the blue sky was added… and at this stage the original sketchbook is on the other side of the world… stashed in a box 4 my kids to find to enjoy or throw away after I’ve moved onto to even further galaxy! ;-)))
