Featured in “A Place To Call Home” group 9/19/14

This view is no more. The prominent World Trade Center Towers came down in the now infamous ‘act of terrorism’ less than a year later on 9/11/01.
When I drew this sketch I thought it was too quick and understated an effort. Yet, when I saw it again, to load it from the middle of my sketchbook, ‘it punched me in the gut’! So much has happened since that time… and it’s way too easy to not like much of it.

So here is the image… make of it what you will. It, like all of life is an experiment.

It’s drawn in my Canson sketchbook. I’ve started to experiment with changing to new RB card format in Feb. 2010. After the 12th anniversary of 9/11 I’ve reformatted this sketch into tees and icovers.

SOLD: a card 1/16/14;
