The Cardinal returns to my bit of desert in the winter, or Christmas season.
This started as a pen and ink sketch in my Canson Sketch book. I imported it into Photoshop elements and have made a number of adjustment/enhancements. This art is again an experiment in many aspects.
Now in 2013 have sued this art to make designs on all the RB products. Seems to work!
A persona who has apparently lived a relatively long, varied and eclectic life. My Red Bubble portfolios reflect my seeming persona… and IF there’s any veracity to these reflections then some sense of HUMOUR and enjoyment should be PRESENT!

Thanks for looking and commenting!!! IT’s a mesquite tree, and though I drew all the lines in the bark with my pen, I have to admit that in photoshop I added a ‘sketch’ filter that really adjusted the bark texture toward amazingly like nature. ; – ))
