My name is James Potter. I live in the foot hills of the Great Smoky Mountains. I’m a self taught artist. I learned how to paint by studying Mother Nature up close and paying attention to color and how things look to the human eye. Living in the shadow of the smokies really helped me accomplish my dreams to become a painter.
