Here in the states we call this German Stattice. It comes in several different colors. I’ve used this a lot in the arrangements that i’ve made. Funny how the flower heads maintain and hold their color but the stems turn from green to brown.
it’s really bizarre isn’t it, you don’t even need to turn them upside down as with normal flower drying – you just stop adding water to the vase! too easy:-)
