I took this shot on my visit to see my Grandparents. This shot was take at Bridlington Dock (East Yorkshire) at sunset. Motion in the sky was acheived with an ND8 filter. I opted for black and white for this shot because the colour saturation from my ND8 was too strong and kind of hurt your eyes.

    The motion blure of the boats add extra dynamic to this shot. I like that. Did you read the Peter Hills guide to using ND filters? He’s got a wonderful tutorial online. Let me find it for you: here it is
