It’s so fun for her to stuff her nose in the snow and come up eating a mouth full ! You can see she winds up wearing quite a bit on her ventures into the yard!

I bet she gets snowballs on her feet!
    Lovely shot, sweet doggie

  • Of course she does…with all that hair? How could she not? LOL I don’t like to clip her in the winter because she loves being out in the cold so much. She wouldn’t hold still for me to get a real close up shot like I wanted to get of her muzzle and her ears! LOL This was almost an on the run kind of shot! LOL Thanks J!!

Girlies get snowballs on their snowballs and I always trim their feet in winter, makes no difference…
It’s good to see a doggie’s joy and delight at the white stuff, until it’s deeper than they are tall LOL

  • Like you I try to keep her feet trimmed up, and they could use it again now. She does love to go out and dig her face into the snow, and I don’t know why! She will get a drink, go to the door and go right for the snow to eat it! LOL Goof ball!

Montreal Muscles was just the same, that Chihuahua loved the snow. He’d stay outside all day, just playing around, tunnelling under. Cockles, Silky Number One (NYC) was less enthusiastic – snowballs!!!!!
But oddly, on the day we had summer while he was alive, Muscles would spend most of his time indoors huddled under his duvet… Allow a dog to develop a personality and you have years of delight & mystery.

  • What a funny lot of dogs you have had!! LOL They must have been a total delight to share a home with! I can so see a chihuahua doing that!! LOL
