She awoke from a deep cold silence. Tears began to freeze as they gently fell from her cobalt blue eyes. Gentle gasps of air saturate her newly born lungs. Slowly her fingers begin to twitch as the blood warms her skin for the first time. She blinks once or twice, the light for the first time must have been amazing.
