Fine day for a walk by Brandon Taylor

Posted on February 18, 2008

Clouds float gently above in the cool autumn breeze. Willows weep; black cat moan. As tomorrow passes, he steadily paces one foot in front of the other while rain drops drum a jazz beat atop his black leather trench coat. The sun sets to the west, cresting the tops of the neighborhood smoke stacks. Swallows fly in rhythm towards an overlooking bridge. He lifts his hands up high, and spins in a circle looking up into the clouds. It is a fine day for a walk.
