In a email i sent to my dad earlier i thought about things he did that changed my life as of now. the things we often forget to remember but randomly appear sometime in the future.
How could i forget that. hahaha, “look where you are walking” here are a few more things with you that has had a major outcome of my life. .
i liked drinking squirt on our way to the top of mt lassen. or the rattle snake adventure at samhell cave. oh yeah remember strapping all the camping gear to the trunk lid of the red mustang? the red wagon of death on vampire hill? BILLS CAMPER OF DEATH and Disease? the time all the taylor boys jumped in bills 53 pickup bed filled with glass insulation. i even remember when you were living in anderson with granma and grandpa and we walked through the field to get to burgerking and i thought the bulls were going to get us. the time i was laying in the back of the white 69 on the way to chico and i thought the semi truck was going to run us over, your smoking slot car gun. my slot car. the coolest rc cars. driving the desoto through the cottonwood trees at anderson river park at night. feeding ducks, being chased by ducks. super techmo bowl, 2000 light years from home. the grabber, the black coupe, the white coupe, the engine swap, the yellow coupe, the hub cap flying off, trying to find hub cap, the hot wheel in the middle of 273, the wax turtle i found when we went to the garbage pile with bill, trinidad, eureka, cresent city, sonoma, cookhouse, sanfransisco radio swapmeet, the zip line, bob E Q, apallo 2000, the elephant walk, the blue escort in the shop, the nail in my foot. my 80 mazda, the wreck, my 66 mustang. the juke box eating my finger, the router eventually ate it. the white 57 t bird with red interior, my first ride in a shelby with huddon, yellow submarine model, the jaguar in shasta, the shovel ore, bills peaches, basket ball in bills back yard, commodore 64, lL@$@,8,1:return. davids midnight magic, ugh olympics, blue max, shirley muldowny speedway, valve cover racers, weaverville museum, old shasta museum, anderson museum, everywhere chico, racing you in my velcro shoes, drying my shoes in the microwave, hotwheels in the hallway, your old truck, the garden, the sidepipes i could hear from my house on spruce circle half a mile away i knew you were almost there, teaching me to drive my yellow truck, letting me drive the red mustang, taking a walk with you at grandpa speserts funeral, great granma spesert handing me the lighter and hotwheel, the ferry in chico, the long ass drive in the black 71 behind coleman, testing the ac on the redmustang for the first time in redbluff on our way back from lassen. panty hose junction with grandpa, the ghost house with you bill and billy. the rattlesnake death at battlecreek. shasta dam tour, girl in the green cougar, westmorland’s, woodson bridge in the desoto, painting the desoto grey!
