This is yet another shot of this wonderful place in the lake district when I went on a meet up at Haweswater on the 25th March 2010 in the English lake district national park in Cumbria with good friends and bubblers Gary and Shaun The weather wasn’t the best to say the least but I can truthfully say we were blessed with some excellent views above Haweswater and really moody skies and escaped the punishment of a good soaking too. It was a great day out and at some point in the middle of the day we popped into a pub close by and I had a good pint of real ale, yum yum. Haweswater is the most easterly of the lakes in the lake district.. Shot with a NIkon D300 and Sigma 10-20mm lens 10mm f20 1/3rd sec ISO 200
What a great addition that broken piece of fence is Jason – really puts the icing on this beautiful scene.
Well thank you so much my friend, it is really a beautiful place, but have yet to see the sun shine in this wild landscape, cheers for the fave my friend…
