I know what you mean about the wife taking pictures. My wife has an 8.4Mpixel Panasonic. It is a tiny little thing but has a much better lens than most digital compacts. She takes some womderful picures with it (don’t tell her I said so).

This is a great landscape and has so much going for it. The scene itself is jam packed with interest and fills the frame well, the composition is spot on, the lighting/exposure/processing have renderd a lovely scene and the great depth of field and focus have given it clarity and sharpness throughout.
A little girl in a puddle wearing pink just has to be a winner!

Jason this is outstanding! Please tell Donna she has an ‘eye’ for this and I would love to see more of her work. Of course you get credit too for the hdr treatment. I like the water splash where she has stepped, it really adds to the mood of movement. The mountains are gorgeous. I will be coming back to this one from time to time to have a look..gosh I just love this picture. I wish that I could afford to buy it right now, perhaps in the near future. :)
