Love the way you did this,……EXCELLENT !

  • Thank you so much John! I wanted to express the generational sense of pride that is such a part of the festivities. I am rather pleased how it turned out!

Beautifully done. We just went to a Pow Wow here in New England. Great shot

  • Hi Jean! You have a lovely portfolio. I see you have visited my home atate, AL, as well. So nice of you to drop by and leave a comment. This was our first revisit of the Atmore Pow Wow since our children were young. I am so taken with the traditions and sense of pride in their heritage.

The black background really does make the story step out. I do like the backlighting effect that this made too.

  • Thanks Chris. I turned up the contrast quite a bit to emphasize the backlighting. The crowds have increased ten-fold since I was there last and one has to be pretty aggressive to stake out territory for photos. Couldn’t always position the lighting from the direction I prefered. Was really happy when it worked out.
