The cat was spotted doing a tightrope walk across the support wires of the strawberry net followed by a belly flop into the middle. I knew what it was about and rushed out to rescue a tiny mouse which was the cat was stalking. It scuttled off under a plant whilst I held onto a disgruntled cat. I hope it survived its fright.
