I was born in England but have lived in the north of Scotland for nearly 30 years with my husband and 2 kids who are now grown up and away, doing their own thing. All of that time I have run a small B&B, enjoying meeting people from all over the world and trying to help them discover my beautiful part of the world. The proceeds enable me to discover some of the many other beautiful bits of the world.
I love scenery, mountains, animals and the ever-changing effects of light.
My garden is my hobby and way to relax and taking photos of my plants has made me appreciate them all the more.
My photography skill is of the point and click variety with no technical know-how whatsoever – must do something about it! Any good photos are more because of the subject and luck than anything I’ve done myself but I’m trying to learn.
