The First Congregationalist Church on the Comon in Shrewsbury, MA The church dates back to 1766. It is quaint New England scene to see these high spiraled type churches usually in the center of town on or near the Common (park) area. Shrewsbury is right next dooe to Worcester MA and about 30 miles west of Boston. In the summer the blooming trees would block out the church I decided to take a winter shot and process ina sepia mode.

Lovely old church, and sepia works well with it. What an odd arrangement of doors though.

  • Thanks Carl I agree I have no clue why at the door arrangement.
