I drove past this field so often and saw this group of trees right in the middle. They are on a hill – quite exposed to the winds and you can still see the mighty Drachenfels tower at the river Rhine from there. I had to shoot there. And one day in late last summer, I had the right model at hand and the right light in my lens…
