When I painted this I was reading a book about Hara by Karlfried Graf Dürckheim (yes, it happens that I read too…) and I used some of the phrases I learned in the book…They impose themselves as the image impose itself. I really don’t know how I do it, but since Donna Hutchins (http://www.redbubble.com/people/donna19) wanted to see “what a painting or drawing would look like” when I “circumvent the stress”, here it is! (fat chance to sell this one, but a promise is a promise!). Acrylic on canvas, 20 × 16 inches.

I can really appreciate the passion put into this one. How wonderful it is that you can destress in this manner. Some of the great artists of the past have used just such talent to give us some of the most memorable works. Bravo and very excited to see your work.

  • Destress! great word! and, I assume, of your own creation…Thanks you very much, donna, for your kind comment and attention!
