Cassytha pubescens
downy dodder laurel: the middle sized semi-parasitic creeper which is capable of killing its host by feeding on it, smothering it, causing it to fall : ) favourite hosts would here appear to be Bursaria spinosa, Acacea melanoxylon and generally smaller shrubs.
