THE BU BUNCH by

Meet my four Norwegian Buhunds who are a big part of my daily life! Thank goodness for a little obedience training! I wanted a group photo for my website, so I placed the dogs where I wanted them and told them to stay and than got their attention from behind the camera by raising my left hand up and saying " did someone see a mouse! Mouse is the magic word! My dogs love to hunt mice and rats and will kill them if they catch them. The dog laying on the left front is CH. Kyon’s Freidige Lille Mann CD HIC, better known as Bu. He is 9 yrs old. Laying in front right side is CH Bergen’s Gifu Signy HIC, better known as Secret. She is 8 yrs old. Sitting on the left side is Kyon’s Fantastisk Lille Joey HIC, better known as Joey. Joey is 5 yrs old. Sitting on the right side is Luckydice Best Bet Brody, better known as Brody. Brody will be 2 this Nov 25/09. Brody is the son of Joey and Secret and to date has obtained 4 Championship points with very limited showing.

What a great photo It is not easy getting four dogs to sit still and look at the camera.

  • Thank you very kindly Rosemaree! All the obedience training I’ve invested in them really helped! They are one of those breeds that needs obedience training when young to keep them in line. lol If you give them an inch, they will try to take two,….hmmmm or more! lol : )

  • Thank you so very much Rick! I’m not usually one to set dogs up for a shot, as I usually prefer natural candid shots, but thought it might be nice to set them all up together for a group shot for my website. : )
