Alan B Simmonds

I am a self taught artist producing watercolors,pen & wash, photographs and metal sculpture from found objects.
I come from a family of artists but until recently it has only been a hobby but one I love very much.
I live in Western Australia
my watercolors are a fairly recent addition so I am still coming to grips with the medium .My photos are from traveling and I try to capture things from a different angle than your normal “holiday snaps” The sculpture comes from my love of “rusty junk” that deserves to be reborn into art.
It would be interesting to hear comments on my art from artists I dont know, and not from well meaning familly and friends.
